Health is one of the core player Stats. It indicates how many health points a player has and how much damage they can take before dying.
Effective Health
Effective Health, or EHP, is the exact amount of Damage a player can take before dying when taking
Health and
Defense into consideration. It is a useful number to check for when comparing Armor sets and figuring out which one is better than the other.

Effective Health can be calculated with this formula:

Using this formula, we can figure out how much Effective Health one would have if they had 1,500 Health and 750
Defense:

Health Regeneration
Health Regeneration, or Healing, is the means of increasing Health over time, up to the player's maximum
Health value. To calculate the player's natural regeneration the following formula is used:
The Multiplier is 1 by default but can be increased by:
+0.5 by unlocking Zombie Slayer level 8
+0.05 per Respite level (if out of combat)
+0.02 per Rejuvenate level
+0.0125 per Life Regeneration level
For example, if the player has 2,908 Health while wearing 4 armor pieces with Rejuvenate V and the with Zombie Slayer level 8 unlocked, the following calculation will occur:

Currently, the Daedalus Axe is the only weapon that can grant Health without any upgrades. And while it doesn't give
Health on its own, because it copies the stats of your selected Pet, it does if the pet grants
