Hearts is one of the primary Rift Stats. It represents how much damage you can take in the Stillgore Château before being sent to the Oubliette.

Mechanics

Hearts are essentially the version of Health in the Stillgore Château. It is given by Maddox The Slayer and is further increased through gear players obtain in Vampire Slayer.
