Jake's Plushie is an UNCOMMON Accessory obtained from Jake after accepting 3 offers from Beth on the Garden.
Obtaining
After Beth visits your Garden 3 times and you accept each offer, they will ask you to visit the Mushroom Desert and go to the coordinates 175, 44, -470 to investigate suspicious activity from Jake. Once you click on that block, you'll have to wait for Beth to visit your Garden again, after which they'll ask you go to back to the coordinates, where you will find Jake as well. They'll then both exchange some dialogue with one another, and after that, you'll receive Jake's Plushie.
