The Bingo Ring can be purchased from the Bingo Shop for 150 Bingo Points and a Bingo Talisman. It requires 
Bingo Rank II in order to be purchased.
Usage
The Bingo Ring is an UNCOMMON Accessory that can be stored in the inventory or Accessory Bag; it itself does not grant any extra stats. For most, this will act as a time-sink.
