Creeperlobber.

The [Lv20] Creeper spawns from the Creeperlobber's primary attack.
Behavior
The [Lv20] Creeper will emit green particles to indicate it will explode several seconds later, dealing 50 Damage plus 20% of your max Health as 
True Damage and knocking back nearby players.
They only have 1 Health, meaning they can be one-shot.
