The [Lv5] Scribe is a type of Mob located in the Rift Dimension.
Location
The [Lv5] Scribe can be found scattered throughout the Village Plaza in the Rift Dimension.
Behavior
Once a [Lv5] Scribe is attacked several times, it will become invincible for several seconds. It will then float in the air, play an explosion effect, and then spawn in a guardian-style laser beam. This beam will then point to various nearby blocks within a roughly 5 block radius, converting them to 
coal blocks. When a player looks at one of the coal blocks, it gets converted to a 
gold block.
Once enough blocks have been turned to coal blocks, the laser beam from the [Lv5] Scribe will point at each nearby player. For every second not every block has been converted to gold blocks, each nearby player will have 20 Rift Time removed, and they'll receive the following message:
Scribe removed 60s
Once all the blocks have been turned to gold, they'll revert back to their original forms, and the [Lv5] Scribe will float down from the ground and switch back to melee atacks, becoming attackable again.
