Location
The [Lv30] Trick Or Treater can be found at the Graveyard, Obsidian Sanctuary, Wilderness, and Spider's Den during the Spooky Festival. It also has a 3.06% chance of being spawned from Trick Or Treat Chests.
Behavior
The [Lv30] Trick Or Treater is an extremely fast and small Spooky Mob that attacks through running after and making contact with the player.

Trivia
- The "Frankenstein" skin for the Trick Or Treater is based off of Frankenstein's monster from Mary Shelley's Frankenstein. Although the name "Frankenstein" is actually that of the scientist rather than the monster, the skin is likely named that for convenience.
- The "Vampire" skin for the Trick Or Treater is widespread across Hypixel, notably being included in a variety of gadgets and as the NPC for the VampireZ gamemode.
- The Trick Or Treater is a baby zombie with a custom head and dyed leather armor, which is why it's so fast compared to other Spooky Mobs.
