The Plhlegblast is a type of Sea Creature which can be fished up in the Plhlegblast Pool in the Crimson Isle.
If you donate specific amounts of Coins to the Kuudra Believer with a Plhlegblast within 3 blocks of them, they will give you Herring The Fish or the Kuudra Follower Helmet, depending on what was donated. Obtaining the helmet requires that you have already obtained the Wet Napkin.

Location
The [Lv300] Plhlegblast can be fished in the Plhlegblast Pool, starting at Fishing level 27.
Chance
The [Lv300] Plhlegblast has a 0.1%1/1,000 chance to replace any Sea Creature fished up from the Plhlegblast Pool. This chance is doubled to 0.2%1/500 while wearing a Squid Hat.
Because the Plhlegblast replaces fished up mobs, the chances listed above require 100% 
Sea Creature Chance to be accurate.
Behavior
The [Lv300] Plhlegblast will either end up suffocating outside of the lava, or take lava damage until it dies, making it very easy to kill. You can splash a Water Breathing VI potion on it to fully stop it from taking suffocation damage.

Trivia
- The Plhlegblast has the most Health out of any Sea Creature in SkyBlock, as it far surpasses the [Lv600] Lord Jawbus which only has 100,000,000 Health.
- The Sea Creature Guide says that the Plhlegblast requires Fishing level 1 to be fished up. However, this is not true, as the Plhlegblast replaces Sea Creatures fished up after they are rolled. And in order for that to happen, you need at least Fishing level 27 to fish up a Magma Slug.
- Without including the Squid Hat, the Plhlegblast has the lowest chance to be fished up compared to any other Sea Creature, no matter the circumstances.
