The Spooky Festival is an Event that takes place once every SkyBlock Year for 3 SkyBlock Days1 real-life hour.. During the event, most Mobs can drop Candy, special Spooky Mobs will spawn at ☽ night, and the Fear Mongerer's Shop is available in the Hub.
Event Details
The Spooky Festival takes place once every SkyBlock Year between Autumn 29th-31st1 real-life hour., and consists of killing Mobs for Candy to increase your Candy Score, earning Rewards at the end of the event.
Starting Autumn 26th1 real-life hour before the event. the Hub will gain Spooky Decorations with the Fear Mongerer appearing at the event stand, which is now transformed into a Giant Pumpkin. During this 3 real-life hour period, fishing for Spooky Sea Creatures is possible and Bat Piñatas can spawn naturally. This lasts until Late Autumn 3rd1 real-life hour after the event. when the event comes to a close.
Mobs
During the Spooky Festival killing any Mob outside of Dungeons has a chance to drop Candy, unique Spooky Mobs spawn in various locations during the night, and Spooky Sea Creatures can be caught when fishing.

Spooky Mobs spawn during the ☽ Night in various locations while the Spooky Festival is active.
They can also spawn anytime from Trick Or Treat Chests.
Regardless of how much 
Damage you deal, the 
Health of Spooky Mobs decrease by 1 HP per hit.
This can be increased up to 3 HP per hit using the Ghoul Buster & Bat Pet.

Like Spooky Mobs, regardless of how much Damage you deal, the Health of the Mega Bat decrease by 1 HP per hit.
This can be increased up to 3 HP per hit using the Ghoul Buster & Bat Pet.

Whenever Candy drops, the chance for it to be converted into Purple Candy is determined by the following formula:
The base Purple Candy Chance is 10%.
The Full Set Bonus of Bat Person and Spooky armors is +5% Purple Candy Chance.
The Purple Vogue Perk from the Carnival grants a +1-3% Purple Candy Chance.
This means that when killing a [Lv25] Mob while wearing full Bat Person Armor with a Candy Relic and [Lvl 100] Bat Pet you have a 70% chance to drop a candy. Whenever candy is dropped, there is a 20% chance it is converted into Purple Candy, and 80% chance it remains Green Candy.

When opened, the Trick or Treat Chest has a 75% chance to release a TREAT and a 25% chance to release a TRICK. A TREAT drops 1-3 types of loot from the table below, and a TRICK spawns a Spooky Mob.

Rewards
Once the Spooky Event ends, you can claim Rewards depending on your bracket, which is determined by how much Candy Score you collected.
Higher brackets include all item rewards from previous brackets. The 
Golden Treat also requires you to have placed in the Top 50 for candy score globally. SkyBlock XP is only awarded for the first time you reach each bracket.

Trivia
- A bonus Spooky Festival event can take place if Foxy is Mayor with the Extra Event perk.
- Many bonus Spooky Festival events are often scheduled during the month of October for Halloween.
- Unclaimed Spooky Festival rewards can be found in the Event Rewards menu:
SkyBlock Menu -> Calendar and Events -> Event Rewards - Trying to open someone else's Trick or Treat Chest sends a message in chat that says "This is not your Trick or Treat Chest! Don't ruin Halloween!".
- The Witch Mask replaced the original reward of the Vampire Mask.
- Originally, reward brackets were based purely on global placement, instead of personal Candy Score as they are now.
- Emerald Bracket was reserved for #1 Candy Score globally, and Diamond Bracket was Top 10.
