The Obsidian Sanctuary is a Zone in the Deep Caverns where players can encounter Miner Zombies and Miner Skeletons and mine Diamonds and Obsidian.

Purpose

The Obsidian Sanctuary is the last floor of the Deep Caverns before the Dwarven Mines. You can mine Diamonds, Block Of Diamond, and Obsidian in this area.

Miner Skeletons and Miner Zombies will spawn randomly and attack nearby players.

Talk to Rhys and bring him what he asks to be able to access the Dwarven Mines.

Trivia

• Reaching the Obsidian Sanctuary in the Deep Caverns for the first time unlocks the Achievement "Into the Deep".
• Spooky Mobs will spawn here during the Spooky Festival.
