The New Year Celebration event takes place in the Hub during days 29-31 of Late Winter.
Event Details
Once the event begins, the Baker will appear in the SkyBlock Hub at the coordinates -7, 70, -58. Upon interacting with the Baker, the player will be given one New Year Cake which corresponds to the current SkyBlock year. Upon right-clicking the Baker for a second time, the player will be prompted to purchase the New Year Cake Bag from him at a cost of 250,000 Coins. The bag can store up to 54 New Year Cakes and grants +1 
Health for each unique cake stored within.
Trivia
- A bug in the first year resulted in many players being able to obtain dozens of 1st year cakes through repeatedly switching lobbies and then speaking with the Baker.
- There was a bug involving the 71st New Year Celebration which resulted in some players receiving 0th year cakes instead.
- This, alongside the (rigged) elections, was the only event not cancelled by Dante during his dictatorship.
