The Polished Titanium Pickaxe is a RARE Pickaxe which is an upgrade to the Titanium Pickaxe.
Obtaining
The Polished Titanium Pickaxe can be purchased from 
Bubu in the ⏣ Dwarven Village after reaching Heart of the Mountain Tier 4. It costs 1 Titanium Pickaxe and 1 
Refined Titanium.
Usage
The Polished Titanium Pickaxe can be used to break Blocks that have a Breaking Power of 6 or lower. It can also break blocks on your Private Island that can normally be broken by Iron Pickaxes in vanilla Minecraft.
It also grants +100 
Mining Fortune when mining Titanium.
