The Pioneer Pickaxe is a SPECIAL Pickaxe that was given to players who helped test the Crystal Hollows on the Alpha Hypixel Network.
Obtaining
The Pioneer Pickaxe cannot be obtained through normal gameplay, as it is a Special Reward Item. Only players who participated in the alpha testing of the Crystal Hollows on the Alpha Hypixel Network were able to obtain their very own Pioneer Pickaxe.
Usage
The Pioneer Pickaxe can be used to break Blocks that have a Breaking Power of 1 or lower. It can also break blocks on your Private Island that can normally be broken by Wooden Pickaxes in vanilla Minecraft.

Trivia
- While the Pioneer Pickaxe has the worst base Stats of any Pickaxe, it also has the best Reforge stats due to being the only Pickaxe in the SPECIAL item tier, which can be upgraded to VERY SPECIAL with a Recombobulator 3000.
- The "Thomas Pickson" mentioned in the Pioneer Pickaxe's lore is a reference to Thomas Edison, an American inventor.
