Usage

The Topaz Drill KGR-12 requires Fuel in order to be used.
One Fuel is depleted for each block that is mined with the Topaz Drill KGR-12.
This includes blocks that are mined by the Mineral Armor set ability, as well as the Efficient Miner and Mole Heart of the Mountain perks.
