The General's Medallion can be purchased from 
Zodd for 1,000,000 Coins. He can be found in a 1x1 room within the Catacombs, Floor V and above.
Usage
The General's Medallion is used to increase the base Stats of your Dungeon Items.
Increases the base stats of your Dungeon Items by 1% while in The Catacombs for each digit on your Secret count. (Max 6%)
