There are different types of Secrets, all give different things that you can collect during your dungeon run. Some Secrets can be hidden behinds lever mechanics, Superboom TNT walls, crypts, vines, and finding hidden holes in the walls.
Secrets

 Chest |
The chest must be opened in order to be accessed. Some chests are not accessible (locked) until other actions are completed, such as activating a lever. |
 Bat |
The bat drops the secret on death. Note that if the bat is killed by anything but the player (such as a Crypt Dreadlord's wither skull attack), the bat's secret is lost forever. |
 Ground |
The secret will always be an item (as opposed to a Blessing). |
 Wither Essence |
When right clicked, all players in the Dungeon run receive 1 Wither Essence. |

All | Picking up, Chests, and Bats | Instantly heals for +500  Health. Usually sold for 22,833 Coins instead, due to the 1 potion cap inside of Dungeons.

 Decoy |
All | Picking up, Chests, and Bats | Runs around and draws attention from nearby monsters. In most cases, the decoy will die if attacked by monsters. |
 Spirit Leap |
All | Picking up, Chests, and Bats | Allows you to teleport to any teammate. |
 Inflatable Jerry |
All | Picking up, Chests, and Bats | Scares away mobs that aren't bosses. |
 Trap |
All | Picking up, Chests, and Bats | Mobs that on it will take 20,000  Damage-250,000 Damage; scaling with the Dungeon floor.

| Wither Essence |
All | Right clicking | Awards 1 Wither Essence to every player in the Dungeon run. |
 Dungeon Chest Key |
