A Century Cake is an UNCOMMON or EPIC Item.
Obtaining
Century Cakes are items that were received from Simon during the entire SkyBlock Year 100, 200, and 300. One random type of Century Cake was given out to each player who interacted with him, per Minecraft acconut.
They can also be obtained from 
Complete Century Cake Bundles and 
Random Century Cake Bundles.
Usage
There are 14 different types of Century Cakes, each of which give a different stat bonus for 48 hours. These 48 hours will still count even while you are offline, just like the Booster Cookie.
To activate a Century Cake's effect, the player must right-click the cake while placed down on a Private Island. Once placed down, the cake will never disappear and works as a piece of Furniture. Each cake's stat bonus is endless during the 48-hour effect duration. Once 48 hours have passed the cake can be eaten again.
When eaten, each cake has a 0.1% chance to drop a Cake Soul of its color, assuming the player has at least 8 hours of playtime.
