This value is the same date that the Crimson Isle released (4/20/2022), and it's used because the Kuudra Believer talks about believing in the "return of Kuudra", which fits in with that the date.
Usage
This item has no use whatsoever. However, when it was first obtained, access to the Weird Sailor was first enabled.
