The Weird Sailor is an NPC located in the Kuudra's Hollow. They show up after you defeat Kuudra, but only if you donated at least 1,000,000 Coins to the Kuudra Believer within the last 30 minutes.

Additionally, you can fish up the Wet Napkin next to the Weird Sailor if you have certain conditions active, which are also hinted at in their dialogue.

The Weird Sailor and their minecart will then disappear.
Wet Napkin
The Wet Napkin can be obtained once by fishing in the Kuudra's Hollow with the following conditions active:
- You must use Ice Bait.
- You must be wearing full Elegant Tuxedo Armor.
- You must be wearing a Respiration 1 Bonzo Mask.
- You must be fishing next to the Weird Sailor.
- You must have donated 1,000,000 Coins to the Kuudra Believer within the last 30 minutes.
Trivia
- The area that the Weird Sailor is located at can only be accessed at the end of a Kuudra run if at least one player in the run was blessed by Kuudra. Otherwise, barrier blocks will block off the area.
- The Weird Sailor could not be found until the first Herring The Fish was obtained.
- The skin of the Weird Sailor is similar to that of Sirius, if you remove the goggles.
