The Kuudra Believer is an NPC found next to the Plhlegblast Pool once you have defeated Kuudra and completed one of the Faction questlines. They unlock certain features and give certain items depending on how many Coins you donate, including Herring The Fish, the Weird Sailor, and the Kuudra Follower Helmet.

If you then speak to them while holding a Kuudra Teeth Plaque and type "decay" into the donation box, they will upgrade the plaque's rarity.

Hidden Donation Values

If you donate 4,202,022 Coins to them with a Plhlegblast nearby, they will give you a Herring The Fish.

If you donate at least 1,000,000 Coins to them, the Weird Sailor NPC will show up in Kuudra's Hollow after you defeat Kuudra for the next 30 minutes, who will allow you to obtain the Wet Napkin.

Kuudra Follower Helmet

If you use the value given from the formula on the Wet Napkin with the correct inputs, and donate that number in Coins to the Believer with a Plhlegblast nearby, they will give you the Kuudra Follower Helmet. The inputs change from player-to-player and over time. You must have obtained the napkin before to obtain the helmet. You cannot get multiple helmets.

The formula on the Wet Napkin says this:
The total -------- plus time times time, all that subtracted from thrice the commencement, then add -- of yourself, the whole thing elbuod.

This formula converts to:
-2 * (3 * 4,914,038 - 21,408,112 - dayOfYear^2 + 29 * usernameLength)

Which simplifies to:
(13,331,996 + 2 * dayOfYear^2) - 58 * usernameLength

With consideration of all possible name lengths, time values, and leap years, the range of values for this formula is anywhere between 13,331,070 and 13,599,734 Coins.

Input Explanations

• Commencement converts to 4,914,038, which is the Hypixel Forums Patch ID for the Crimson Isle Release Post.
  • Commencement translates to the start or beginning of something, and this number represents the beginning of the Crimson Isle.
  • This is also fairly similar to the 4,202,022 number that can donate to get Herring The Fish, as they both represent the same thing, just in different ways.
• Total -------- converts to 21,408,112, which is the total amount of Netherrack on the Crimson Isle.
  • This value can only be calculated using outside programs that allow you to scan Minecraft worlds for amounts of blocks.
• Time converts to the day of the year, meaning this value has a range of 1 to 366. If you are trying to calculate this value yourself, you should use EST as the time zone, which also matches the date on the in game scoreboard.
• -- of yourself converts to 29 * Length of your Username. Yourself represents the length section, and -- represents 29, which is the amount of Among Us characters hidden on the Wet Napkin image.

Overall, these values took nearly two and a half months to figure out, starting from when the Wet Napkin was obtained.

Trivia

• The Kuudra Believer is one of the several NPCs that shows up after you defeat Kuudra. Other NPCs include the Kuudra Archeologist, Kuudra Loremaster, Arch, Drakuu, Kuudra Gatekeeper, Gnyl, and Aviar.
• The 4,202,022 Coins value is the same date that the Crimson Isle released. This is because the Believer talks about believing in the "return of Kuudra", which fits in with that the date.
• Herring The Fish has absolutely no use whatsoever, though it being first obtained enabled global access to the Weird Sailor.
