The Kuudra Teeth Plaque is a multi-rarity, name-changing Item obtained from 
Drakuu. It starts out at LEGENDARY, but as you complete a variety of steps, it goes all the way down to COMMON.
After that, if you bring it to the 
Kuudra Gatekeeper with a 
Kuudra Follower Artifact in your inventory, it will upgrade into a 
Kuudra Follower Relic, and this item will upgrade to SPECIAL and obtain an edition and date.
After doing that, you will gain the permanent ability to unlock the 
Kuudra Mandible from Kuudra Loot Chests in burning tier and above.
Obtaining
The LEGENDARY version of the Kuudra Teeth Plaque is called the Exquisite Kuudra Teeth Plaque. It can be obtained by giving a Golden Ball to Drakuu after you have obtained the full set of Kuudra Follower Armor.
Upgrading
You can upgrade the plaque all the way from LEGENDARY to COMMON by completing a variety of tasks in front of each NPC that gave a piece of Kuudra Follower Armor in any order. You will need to have the plaque in your inventory when completing each task.

After completing each task, you can upgrade the plaque from COMMON to SPECIAL by speaking to the Kuudra Gatekeeper. You will need the plaque and a Kuudra Follower Artifact in your inventory.
After doing so, the plaque will upgrade to SPECIAL, as well as gain an edition and date. The artifact will also upgrade to the Kuudra Follower Relic.

Usage
Aside from gaining new dialogue from the NPCs listed above, once the plaque reaches SPECIAL rarity, you will obtain the Kuudra Follower Relic, and you will unlock the permanent ability to obtain the Kuudra Mandible from Kuudra Loot Chests in burning tier and above.
Trivia
- The first two editions for the Kuudra Teeth Plaque and every piece of Kuudra Follower Armor were all obtained by the same 2 people.
- The word "plaque" in the name is a pun, as it refers to the buildup of plaque on teeth but also the usage of the word plaque as a trophy item.
- The teeth aspect of this item is a reference to Kuudra Teeth.
- A Recombobulator 3000 cannot be used on this item.
- This item can be repurchased from Rusty for 50,000,000 Coins if a player loses their original. Its tier will match the player's current progress. If the tier is SPECIAL, no edition or date will be added.
