August 2nd, 2019	The End Release	Increased the ability cost of the Rogue Sword from 50 -> 60 Mana.
December 17th, 2019	0.7.5	Nerfed the Rogue Sword ability cost from 60 -> 50 Mana, and the bonus from 20 -> 10 Speed if it's already active.
April 20th, 2022	Crimson Isle Release	Changed the ability to grant 20 -> 100 Speed, but not be stackable.
April 25th, 2022	Minor Patch	Added the Rogue Sword to Rusty's shop and made it Co-op Soulbound.
May 11th, 2023	0.18.4	Fixed the Rogue Sword ability's Speed bonus not expiring correctly.
