Obtaining
Purple Candy can be obtained from all mobs during the Spooky Festival.
Purple Candy drop rate primarily depends on the level of the mob that you kill. The overall drop rate is a multiplier on a candy roll; when you successfully drop a candy, you will have a chance of it being purple instead.
