Kuudra is a type of BOSS that can be accessed at the Forgotten Skull on the Crimson Isle. It is similar to Dungeons, in that it is fought in a separate instance from the Crimson Isle.
Location
Once completing at lease 1 Faction storyline, and you have at least 3-4 players in your party, you are able to join a Kuudra boss fight by speaking to the Kuudra Gatekeeper.
Loot
Each tier of the Kuudra boss fight has its own set of loot tables it can roll from. No matter which tier you are playing on though, there are always two different chests or tiers of loot.
The free chest can give up to 3 pieces of loot, with Crimson Essence always being granted, an Enchanted Book being granted with at least 30% of the boss fight completed, and an Attribute Shard being granted with at least 60% of it completed.
The paid chest always grants 4 pieces of loot. This loot includes a guaranteed Kuudra Tooth, Crimson Essence, an Attribute Shard or Enchanted Book, and another item, with that item usually being a piece of Armor.
