Wither Essence from Malik, located in the Hub and Dungeon Hub.
Usage
The Infinileap ability Spirit Leap can be activated by right clicking while in Dungeons:

Allows you to teleport to any teammate!
Cooldown: 2s
The Infinileap is not consumed on use.
