The Ghast Cloak is a RARE Cloak crafted with rare items found on the Crimson Isle, and can be equipped in the Equipment menu.

Obtaining

The Ghast Cloak recipe is unlocked from Ghast Tear Collection IV and can be obtained by crafting it with 192 Enchanted Ghast Tears and 10 Tentacle Meats.
