Obtaining

The Gazing Pearl has a 5% chance to drop when killing a [Lv90] Flare, which is located in the Magma Chamber on the Crimson Isle.

Gazing Pearls can be used to craft the Lava Shell Necklace and Delirium Necklace, as well as upgrade both of them at a Blacksmith such as Malik, Igor, and Alwin. They are also required to craft the Shiny Prism, a Reforge Stone dedicated to Equipment.
