Commissions are tasks for the player to complete either in the Dwarven Mines or the Crystal Hollows. Upon completion of a Commission, the player is rewarded in multiple ways.
Overview
Commissions can be viewed by talking to Emissaries, The King, or by using the Royal Pigeon. Upon claiming a Commission, the player is rewarded with various perks as described below.
Emissaries
By default, players can only talk to The King to claim their commissions, Emissaries are NPCs which allow players to claim their Commissions from many convenient locations across the Dwarven Mines. Players can unlock Emissaries by completing Commission Milestones and leveling up their Heart of the Mountain.

Rewards
Upon claiming a Commission, the player is rewarded with various Heart of the Mountain Exp, ᠅ Gemstone Powder/ ᠅ Mithril Powder, and Mining Exp. Please note that the King Talisman Multiplier is only applied if the player has the King Talisman in their inventory or Accessory Bag. More details can be found below.

Each Commission Milestone has a designated number of Commissions that the player needs to complete before they can unlock the rewards for that Milestone. All Milestones give various amounts of Mining XP and some give other perks as well.

Slots
Players are only able to have a certain amount of Commissions happening simultaneously. This amount is limited to the amount of Commission Slots that they have. By default, the player starts with 2 Commission Slots. Players can increase this amount by reaching Commission Milestone III and by reaching Peak of the Mountain tier III. Each of them grants 1 addition Commission Slot, meaning that the maximum number of Commission Slots that a player can have is 4.
