Creeper Beams
A Creeper is located on a pedestal in the center of the room and surrounded by Sea Lanterns on the walls and ceilings. Shooting any two Sea Lanterns with a bow will create a beam that connects them. Each Sea Lantern can only be connected to one other Lantern. Players must connect four different beams through the Creeper to solve the puzzle. When a beam that passes through the Creeper is created, a sound is played and the Sea Lanterns creating the beam can no longer be changed. The Creeper will become charged when three correctly-placed beams pass through it. When four beams are correctly aligned, the Creeper will explode and reveal a treasure chest.
Three Weirdos
Three NPCs with three corresponding chests are positioned in a room. When a Player clicks on the NPCs, they will make logical statements about which NPC has the correct chest. However, one or more NPC may be lying. Players must choose the correct chest, but picking an incorrect chest will result in the failure of the puzzle.
Tic Tac Toe
A regular three-by-three Tic Tac Toe board is located in the center of the room. Players must tie a match of Tic Tac Toe against the AI by selecting the correct buttons. The AI will always start first, and the Player must respond with the proper moves. In Floors 0 to 3, the AI will always start in the middle, while in higher floors the AI may start in the corners. If Players pick an incorrect move and lose to the AI, the puzzle will be failed.
There is also a secret in this room, accessible by a lever.
Water Board
The Water Board puzzle contains 5 different colored gates and 6 different levers that connect to their corresponding materials. A lever controlling the flow of water is located by the entrance of the room. By default, three of the five gates are closed. When water flows from the top of the board into a gate, the respective colored gate will toggle its state, either being opened or closed. Using each of the 6 levers will cause their respective blocks to extend or retract, modifying the flow of water. If the water flows into a gate that is already opened, it will be closed. When all five gates are opened, the treasure chest will be unlocked.
Teleport Maze
The Teleport Maze contains 9 individual barred sections, with 1 entrance section, 1 ending section, and 7 intermediate sections each distinguished by a unique block. Each section contains at least one teleport pad, which teleports the player to another pad in a different section. Each teleport pad is linked to another teleport pad; standing on one will bring the player to the other. After each teleport, the Player will be facing the direction of the final teleport pad.
Higher or Lower
The Higher or Lower puzzle, more commonly known as the Blaze Puzzle, consists of 10 distinct blazes with different maximum healths. The blazes are positioned in a spiral surrounding a chest that is connected to a tall chain of iron bars. If the treasure chest is placed at the bottom, the Player must kill the blazes in ascending order, starting with the lowest health to the highest health. If the treasure chest is located at the top of the room, the Player must kill the blazes in descending order, starting with the highest health and ending with the lowest health. Killing an incorrect blaze in the wrong order will result in the failure of the puzzle.
The lowest health is determined first, which is a random number between 1000 and 1999. Any blaze after that, takes the lowest health and adds a random number between 1-500
Boulder
The Boulder Puzzle consists of many 3 by 3 by 3 wooden cubes, or "boxes", and a chest located at the far end of the room. These boxes may contain stone buttons on certain sides. Clicking a button will "push" the box in the direction opposing the button side. Pushing a box into another box may cause certain buttons to disappear, effectively trapping the box. To successfully complete the puzzle, the Player must push the boxes in the correct order, opening a path for them to walk to the final treasure chest. It is possible to fail the puzzle if the Player has no more possible moves to make.
Ice Fill
Three different layers of ice are located in a room, with a treasure chest located behind bars. When the Player steps on an ice block, the block will turn into packed ice. Stepping on an adjacent ice block will continue filling the layer of ice, but stepping off or onto a non-adjacent block will cause the layer to break. The Player must find the correct path to fill each layer without breaking the ice. Finishing and filling all three layers will unlock the treasure chest.
Ice Path
A Silverfish carrying a block of TNT is located on an ice field, which contains various stone blocks. A treasure chest is located behind an ice wall with a one-block opening. The Player can move the silverfish in a certain direction by punching it. When moving in a direction, the silverfish cannot be stopped until it reaches a stone block. The Player must hit the silverfish through the ice wall to solve the puzzle, unlocking the treasure chest.
Trivia2
In the Trivia Puzzle, Oruo the Omniscient will ask the Player 3 different trivia questions relating to SkyBlock. Each of these questions will have 3 possible answers, and the Player must select the correct answer to continue on. These answers must be selected by clicking the respective button in the room. Players can also communicate with their team by clicking on the answer choices shown in the chat. Answering a question incorrectly will result in the failure of the puzzle. If solved, Oruo will reward the Blessing of Time, buffing many major stats including Strength and Intelligence.
Bomb Defuse
The Bomb Defuse Puzzle requires 2 players to start and finish the puzzle. A creeper and two treasure chests are located at the center of the room. Once the puzzle is started, the creeper will begin to hiss and tick. The creeper will explode if the puzzle takes too long to be completed. The Bomb Defuse Puzzle contains the 4 mini-puzzles that require the two Players to communicate with each other. There are various different mini-puzzles, however, the first mini-puzzle will always be the same. In the first mini-puzzle, one player will have 4 stone-colored heads containing digits, while the other player must correctly adjust the wood-colored heads to match the numbers. The remaining 3 mini-puzzles will vary and require the two players to communicate to solve the puzzle.
Trivia
- During the initial release of Dungeons, a bug existed that allowed players to instantly find the correct chest for Three Weirdos, negating the need to use logic.
- On July 10th, 2020, Jayavarmen tweeted that 22.89% of Tic Tac Toe puzzles are failed.
- Prior to Floor 4 release, a bug existed such that certain rooms would auto clear, resulting in the ability to completely skip the Higher or Lower (Blaze) Puzzle.
- At one point, the Player could place traps on the Ice Path puzzle, acting as a stone block and stopping the silverfish. This has been changed, and hitting a silverfish into a trap will now cause the Player to fail.
- The Boulder Puzzle is based on a puzzle from Pokemon Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald: Seafloor Cavern.
- The Trivia Puzzle will max the Bottle Of Jyrre and Training Weights, but will not affect their sell value.
- Under some circumstances, a single player can complete the Bomb Defuse Puzzle by having enough speed and solving the puzzles fast enough.
- The Ice Fill Puzzle is inspired by the puzzles of the Sootopolis City Gym in Pokémon.
