The Wizard is an NPC found at the top of the Wizard Tower. They sell the Dimensional Infusion effect to access the Rift Dimension for 32 Grand Experience Bottles or 200 Bits. This can also be claimed for free every 4 hours, but the effect goes away once you enter the dimension, regardless of if you pay or not.

After this, every time you speak to the Wizard, a menu will open up, allowing you to purchase the Dimensional Infusion effect.

Trivia

• When Barry was elected for Mayor, the time it would take for the Wizard to fix the portal would go down typically by 1 business day. After Barry was elected enough times to get it down to 24 business hours, Barry stopped running for mayor and started helping fix the portal instead.
