Usage

The Wisp Upgrade Stone can be used to upgrade the rarity of a Wisp Pet to the base rarity of the Wisp Upgrade Stone. This upgrade can only be applied to a pet that is level 80 or higher and the pet's level is reset to 1 upon being upgraded.
