The Upper Mines is a location near the top of the Dwarven Mines where players can complete Commissions and mine resources.
Purpose
The Upper Mines is an area located in the Dwarven Mines found above Rampart's Quarry. It's the only zone where Treasure Hoarders spawn. There is a large water Fishing area located in a large cave. An Emissary and Ticket Master NPCs are found here.
