The Synthetic Heart is a RARE Miscellaneous Item used to obtain the Sapphire Crystal.

Obtaining

The Synthetic Heart has a 1% chance to be obtained from killing [Lv100] Automatons and a 2% chance to be obtained from [Lv150] Automatons.

The Synthetic Heart can also be found in Treasure Chests in the Precursor Remnants inside the Crystal Hollows.

The Synthetic Heart can be given to Professor Robot in Lost Precursor City in order to obtain the Sapphire Crystal.
70 Synthetic Hearts are required to forge the Perfectly-Cut Fuel Tank at The Forge.
