- Floor 7 time threshold changed from 12 to 14 minutes.
- Score is now lost a lot slower when above the timer.
Hello,
Today we are releasing a few Dungeon QoL:
- The "First Clear EXP Bonus" will now apply to the first 5 completions of each dungeon floor.
- The first 5 completed runs of each day grant 40% Bonus EXP.
- Fixed a bug with Personal Deletor not giving credits for secret item founds.
- Added a confirmation menu when salvaging items with modifiers such as potato books, ultimate enchants or dungeon stars.
- Healer Milestones are greatly reduced.
Changes to Scoring system
We also changed the way score works, mostly regarding secrets and speed.
Based on the floor, you won't need to find all secrets to max out your score.
On Floor 1 for example, only 30% of total secrets are needed to max out score from secrets.
Here is the full list of requirements:
Floor 1: 30%
Floor 2: 40%
Floor 3: 50%
Floor 4: 60%
Floor 5: 70%
Floor 6: 85%
Floor 7: 100%
MM: 100%
This should help with the learning curve of Dungeons.
- On top of that we added the % of secrets found in the tab list, and the number becomes green when you have found enough.
- All secrets found above the limit will be counted as extra Catacombs EXP at the end of the run, at the rate of +0.5% EXP for every 1% above the secret threshold.
To compensate, the difficulty of the Speed Score has been raised a bit.
Here are the requirements to max out the Speed Score on each floor:
Floor 1: 10 minutes
Floor 2: 10 minutes
Floor 3: 10 minutes
Floor 4: 12 minutes
Floor 5: 10 minutes
Floor 6: 12 minutes
Floor 7: 12 minutes
MM: 8 minutes
For our best players out there, those numbers might seem high but we believe this should be more of a challenge for the majority of the playerbase.
That's it for now, please give us feedback on the changes! This is only the first half of our planned Dungeons QoL but the second half requires some technical changes that we are simply too busy to work on at the moment, but you can expect them early 2022.
