Seraphine is an NPC located in the Barry Center in the Rift Dimension. They only show up after you have handled all of Barry's protestors in the center, and they are based on Clerk Seraphine in the Community Center.
The start out as Detransfigured Seraphine, but once you obtain the 
Anti-Morph Potion from the Alchemist, they turn into Transfigured Seraphine, and they let you purchase the 
Used Detransfigured Face for 1,500 Motes and an 
Agaricus Cap Cap.
