The Scarleton Blacksmith is located in the Scarleton Plaza that is similar to the Blacksmith in the Hub, but is unique in that you can fuse Attributes onto items.
Purpose
The Scarleton Blacksmith, found in the Scarleton Plaza, is a place for players to Reforge their items, upgrade items with Essence, salvage for materials, as well as fuse Attributes onto other items.
Near the Blacksmith Alwin is his wife Offea.
