The Rift Transfer Chest is a System that lets you transfer specific items between the Hub and Rift Dimension.
Unlocking
The Rift Transfer Chest can be unlocked by speaking to Inverted Sirius in the Wyld Woods in the Rift Dimension. You have to give him a 
Stability Elixir first, which can be obtained from the Argofay Serialbather after speaking to Shifted and other NPCs in the Shifted Tavern.
Usage and Location
After bringing the Stability Elixir to Inverted Sirius, any items with the Rift-Transferable tag can be placed in one of the two Rift Transfer Chests and picked up in the opposing chest. The chest in the Rift Dimension is located next to Inverted Sirius at -96, 75, 190, and the other chest is located behind the Dark Auction building in the Wilderness at 90, 76, 192.
When items are transferred, any applied upgrades will be fully removed.
