The Rift Gallery Entrance is a Location in the Rift Dimension.
Purpose
The Rift Gallery Entrance is primarily used to get to the Rift Gallery for the placement of Timecharms.
It can be accessed via a 
Teleport Pad at the top of the Wizard Tower, which can only be
activated after talking to Elise with the Supreme Timecharm.
