The Rift Gallery is a Location in the Rift Dimension. It can be accessed from the Rift Gallery Entrance.
Purpose
The Rift Gallery serves as the storage place for Timecharms.
Timecharms and Elise
After showing the Supreme Timecharm to Elise in the Wizard Tower, she moves to this location and unlocks access to it for the player. After that, Timecharms can be brought and stored here to unlock new locations. Each one has a specific location it has to be brought to in this area, which is indicated by some floating text and the build's aesthetics. Elise also gives new dialogue every time one is stored.

Montezuma Soul Piece
A Montezuma Soul Piece can be found behind a door in this location.
