Obtaining
The Retro-Encabulating Visor can be obtained by speaking to Unhinged Kloon in the West Village. One can also be re-purchased from him for 1,000 Motes if necessary.

Usage
When worn, the Retro-Encabulating Visor allows you to see invisible cables that go all throughout the West Village. Each cable leads to a terminal, which, when hacked through a minigame-style GUI, can be set to a specific color of the rainbow.
All of the cable start grouped at Unhinged Kloon, but they grow detached as they spread throughout the West Village. Each cable must be set to a specific color so that they all form a rainbow color when facing Unhinged Kloon. Doing this will reward the 
Defective Monitor.
