Obtaining

Kuudra Keys can be purchased from either of your Faction's Emissary NPCs on the Crimson Isle, either in Scarleton or Dragontail. They also have a 10% chance to drop from each of the Minibosses from the Crimson Isle, as well as a 20% chance from the Magma Boss.

You can also craft higher tier Kuudra Keys by combining 4 of its lower tier counterpart.
