The Kismet Feather is obtained by purchasing it from Elizabeth NPC from the Community Center for 1,350 Bits.

Usage

The Kismet Feather is used to reroll one chest at the end of a Dungeon run. The old contents of the chest are lost forever and are replaced with the rerolled loot.

Trivia

This is the only stackable item obtainable from the Bits Shop.
