After obtaining Wilted Berberis Collection III, the Jinxed Voodoo Doll can be crafted with 64 Wilted Berberis Bunches, 13 Enchanted Ghast Tears, 3 Enchanted Pufferfish, a Voidling Minion II, a Zombie's Heart, and a Voodoo Doll.
