The Dragontail Blacksmith is located in the Dragontail Townsquare that is similar to the Blacksmith in the Hub, but is unique in that you can fuse Attributes onto items.
Purpose
The Dragontail Blacksmith, found in the Dragontail Townsquare, is a place for players to Reforge their items, upgrade items with Essence, salvage for materials, as well as fuse Attributes onto other items.
