Christopher is an NPC that stands on a hot air balloon near the portal to the Dungeon Hub. Clicking on him will open the Island Browse menu, which can be used to visit other player's islands.

Island Browser
When viewing other people's island in the Island Browser there are some stats that can show up on their heads. The amount of guests currently on the island and the island popularity.

For example to have your island have island popularity level 8 you would need both 600 unique guests + 400 hours spent on the island. Hours spent is the total amount of time the total amount of guests have spent on the island. Another example is if you have 550 unique guests + 300 hours spent you would be island popularity 7 because you surpass the requirements for popularity 6 but not 7.
