The Chef is an NPC located in the West Village in the Rift Dimension. They let you start a Hot Dog feeding contest with Joey McPizza, where you have to feed them as many of them in 1 minute as possible.
If you feed them at least 50 hot dogs in that duration, you earn an Enigma Soul.
