The Black Lagoon is a Location in the Rift Dimension. It is in between the Wyld Woods and the West Village, and it costs 4:00 
Rift Time to enter.
Purpose
The Black Lagoon is an area in the Rift Dimension focused on obtaining the 
Supreme Timecharm.
Deadgehogs and Mushrooms
[Lv2] Deadgehogs can be found scattered throughout the land portion of the lagoon. They rapidly shoot arrows at players, however these can be avoided by hiding behind the mushrooms that grow when a player is standing nearby. When killed, they drop 
Deadgehog Spines.
Lagoon Leeches
When a player enters the water portion of the lagoon, [Lv2] Lagoon Leeches will spawn in and chase the player in the water and on to land. Players will also get launched back towards land.
When the leech is killed, it will drop 
Lil' Pads, which can be used to cross the water portion of the lagoon to reach the Lagoon Hut.
Dr. Hibble Quest
Dr. Hibble has tasked Kay with researching leeches, but she is stuck in the Lagoon Hut. Talking with Kay will then give the 
Very Scientific Paper, which can be given to Dr. Hibble to unlock access to fight the Leech Supreme and obtain 
Leech Supreme Fragments in the Leeches Lair.
Montezuma Soul Piece
One of the Montezuma Soul Pieces can be found behind the entrance of the Leeches Lair, which is technically in the Black Lagoon zone:
