Barry is an NPC located in Barry HQ in the Rift Dimension. You can speak to them and address a variety of complaints against him to obtain Barry's Montgray Pen and purchase the SkyBlock Citizen Timecharm.

Before entering the rift, they were helping the Wizard fix the Wizard Portal. And before that, they used to run for Mayor and could be found in the Election Room and Community Center in the Hub.

There are seven protestors including Dust, Stain, Soma, Violetta, Harriette, Frankie, and Creed.

Then a menu will open allowing you to claim Barry's Montgray Pen. If you don't claim it, clicking on Barry will repeat this dialogue and re-open the menu.

Old Mayor Perks

Barry's 3 possible perks were:

1. Magic XP Buff - Gain 15% more Enchanting and Alchemy XP.
2. Arcane Catalyst - Spells deal 15% increased Damage.
3. Astral Negotiator - Enchanting and anvils cost -15% less experience.

There were also three secret perks:

1. Secret Bonus - Gain +2 Clicks in SuperPairs Experiments
2. Secret Bonus - All abilities cost 15% less Mana
3. Secret Bonus - Gain 1 Magic Find for every year that Barry has not been elected (max 20)

Trivia

• When Barry was in the Wizard Tower, they had the text "Has-Been Mayor" over their head. Special particles and sounds also played around them.
• Each time Barry was elected, the Wizard's dialogue would decrease in the number of "business days" required to fix the Wizard Portal. Once this reached 24 business hours, Barry stopped running as a Mayor and moved to the Wizard Tower to help fix the portal.
• The Astral Negotiator perk did not work on most of the Experimentation Table.
• Barry was the only Mayor with secret perks.
