Alwin is a Blacksmith NPC found in Scarleton in the Mage Faction. His wife, Offea is found nearby.

Alwin lets you upgrade and salvage items with Essence and items, as well as fuse Attributes onto other items. He also allows players to reforge their Armor and Weapons using his placed Reforge Anvil.
