Speed
Category	Player Stats

Speed is one of the Misc Stats. It indicates how much walk speed a player has.

Speed Cap

The player's Speed Cap represents the maximum Speed that they can have at once. By default, the Speed cap of a player is set to 400 Speed. However, this can be increased all the way up to 600 Speed.

The Speed cap can be manually decreased with the Rancher's Boots.

Decreasing Speed Cap

Increasing Base Speed

The base Speed of every player is 100 by default. It can be increased in a variety of ways:

Increasing Bonus Speed

The bonus Speed of a player can be increased in a variety of ways:

Pets
Pets can increase the Speed of a player by various amounts and in a variety of ways, weather it be by granting a specific amount of Speed or a multiplier on top of the player's current Speed.

Pets that grant Speed in various ways without including Pet Items include the following:

Pet Items
Pet Items can also grant increases in Speed in various ways. Pet Items that do this include the following:

Certain Equipment will grant Speed when in the player's equipment menu:

Attributes
There is 1 Attribute that can grant various amounts of Speed:

Beacon	+50 Speed (While on Private Island)	If enabled, any Beacon tier can grant +50 Speed, but only while on your Private Island.
	+3 Speed Per Beacon level	A Beacon 1 grants +3 Speed, and this scales all the way up to a Beacon 5, which grants +15 Speed.
Blessings	Situational	The Blessing of Wisdom grants the player various amounts of Speed while in Dungeons. The Paul Mayor also buffs Blessings, which in turn grants more Speed.
Haste Block	+100 Speed When stood on	The Haste Block can be placed on Private Islands and grants +100 Speed when stood on.
Mayor Jerry	+10% Speed	If Jerry is the selected Mayor, then all players have +10% Speed.
Potato-Style Century Cake	+10 Speed	Upon right-clicking a Potato-Style Century Cake, you'll gain +10 Speed for the next 48 hours. You'll have to right-click it again after that timer is over to claim the bonus again.
